If you interested in concrete and can write an outstanding essay on this subject that most of us don’t think about, then this is the scholarship for you. Well actually it is limited to high school seniors in Wisconsin and upper peninsula of Michigan who plan to enroll in a concrete-related program at designated universities and colleges.
